Before we begin, we require a 50% deposit—a standard industry practice that signals mutual commitment and gives us the green light to start. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.

We begin by sending you a concise questionnaire designed to extract key information quickly and effectively. This includes your business goals, brand values, mission, target audience, competitors, and design preferences. We'll also conduct industry research to evaluate trends and analyze competitor branding—ensuring your logo is relevant, differentiated, and strategically positioned.
Step 2: Concept Development
From ideas to direction.
Based on the discovery phase, we explore multiple creative directions—sketching rough concepts that reflect your brand essence. From these, we select the strongest three ideas to refine and carry forward into the design stage.
Step 3: Design Development
Crafting a logo that works everywhere.
Using professional design software, we develop each concept with precision—selecting or customizing typefaces and exploring visual elements that express your brand’s message. Logos are tested across multiple formats (landscape, portrait, shorthand) and sizes, ensuring readability and impact from email signatures to billboards.
Step 4: Presentation
Review and reflect.
We present the concepts during a live screenshare session, walking you through the rationale behind each design. Afterward, we send a PDF presentation so you can review the options at your own pace.
Step 5: Feedback & Revisions
Refine with purpose.
We encourage 24 hours of reflection before feedback. Your logo is a long-term investment, and thoughtful decisions lead to better results. We include up to three rounds of revisions, though our thorough process often makes changes minimal. All concepts are intentionally designed—no filler, no fluff—only distinctive, professional, and purposeful work.
Step 6: Final Delivery
Everything you need—ready to go.
Once the final logo is approved, we provide a comprehensive logo package including vector files (for print and scalability), as well as web-ready formats (JPEG, PNG, SVG). How long does a logo design project take?
Once we receive your deposit, our typical turnaround time is no more than 10 working days. If your project includes extras like a brand style guide or social media assets, the timeline may extend slightly to accommodate the additional work.
How many revisions are included?
We offer three rounds of revisions as standard. These can be applied to a shortlist of two concepts or focused entirely on one direction. In practice, revisions are usually minimal. That’s because we invest significant time upfront to ensure the designs are thoughtfully developed before they ever reach your inbox.
What do you need from me to get started?

Who owns the logo design once the project is complete?
Upon final payment, full intellectual property rights are transferred to you. You’ll own your logo outright, with no usage restrictions. We also provide all the relevant file types for print and digital use.

What if I’m not happy with the initial concepts?

Thanks to our “all killer, no filler” philosophy, clients almost always connect with at least one strong concept. In the unlikely event that none of the designs resonate with you, you're free to walk away—but please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable, and the designs remain our intellectual property.
If you prefer to continue exploring new directions, we can restart the process—likely requiring an additional deposit. That said, this outcome is extremely rare.
