Brand identity for Arran’s
Cladach Beach House.

The Isle of Arran is a short ferry ride across the Firth of Clyde on Scotland's west coast. Beneath the iconic peak of Goat Fell sits Cladach Beach House, Scotland's only cocktail bar on the beach.

The new owners wanted a brand identity that reflected the quality of the setting without falling into the usual seaside clichés. We created a bespoke identity inspired by Arran itself, combining a custom wordmark with a collection of icons drawn from the island's landscape. And yes, there really are palm trees on Arran.

The result is a warm, playful identity that feels rooted in the island while avoiding the predictable visual language of coastal hospitality.
